About - Proud James is out of the first crop of foals from Jameson RS2. He is a highly modern stallion with a big frame and fantastic conformation. Showing constant uphill tendency with maximum freedom of the shoulder.  Proud James was awarded as a premium stallion by DWB in 2023 and won the KWPN Stallion Performance Test in 2023. "A very nice performance by an extremely talented horse," was the jury's opening comment on Proud James'.He won in the four-year-old competition at the World Championships for young dressage horses in Ermelo/NED. The trot is active and with a high degree of swing (8.8), the canter energetically uphill (8.7), the walk in a clear four-beat (8.3), rideability 8.5 and general impression 8.8. With a score of 86.200 percent with Maxi Kira von Platen/GER. Proud James confirmed his record stallion performance test victory in the Netherlands, in which he scored 91 points. The walk, trot, canter, rideability and potential were each awarded a 9.0, while the self-carriage and suppleness received a dream score of 10.

Sire - His sire Jameson RS2, was eighth in the World Championships for young dressage horse as a five-year-old and was also successful as a seven-year-old under Marieke van der Putten. Jameson won his stallion performance test and was the Pavo-Cup winner.

Damline - His dam is Elite mare Cyraniek, She has also produced W-Horseland Inverness who was successful in international Small Tour. Cyraniek is the daughter of Grand Prix sensation Johnson. Johnson finished 9th for the Dutch at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games, and was the Dutch star at the 2015 European Championships; spear-heading the gold-medal-winning team and taking home an individual bronze in the grand prix special. He was also on the Dutch team at the 2014 World Equestrian Games, never scoring below 74%. Johnson was overall champion of the KWPN stallion show in 2005, top ranked in the stallion series 2006-07, and 6th in the World Championships in Verden in 2007.
